HALFLING NAMES (Note:  halfling names take the format of [NAME], [son/daughter] of [NAME OF ONE OR BOTH PARENTS], usually followed by a variable number of sobriquets.  So, for example “Progress, daughter of Stable Life and Merit, the Fleet of Foot”  As with elves, halfling names are not gender specific.  When speaking in foreign languages, halflings will translate their names into the appropriate term if possible.)
